Kernow Fires gave us fantastic service from our initial enquiry at the Redruth branch where we followed their knowledgable advice right through to the excelent and considerate fitting of our lovely fire - thank you everyone!

Kernow Fires ordered us a couple of items for our woodburner. We called in one morning and that afternoon a member of staff phoned back with our quote, we ordered the next day and expected around a 2 week wait. Within a week we received an email to say our items were ready for collection. Staff are polite, curteous, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. The service we received was second to none and we would highly recommend them, they are definitely superior in their field.

Just had Kernow Fires install a new Clerview stove today and wish express my sincere thanks to the installers, Rob and Dan. They did a brilliant job even with my difficult flue! Very professional clean and tidy. Will definitely recommend this company. Well done lads. Would also like to thank the Ladies in Redruth showroom for their help and advise.

Our chimney needed to be taken down to roof level and rebuilt before our new gas fire was fitted, all works being undertaken by Kernow Fires. After a very efficient scaffolding job in a tight space by Trelawney Scaffolding, Lee and Ricky started the job on the chimney. It was demolished and it needed a metal plate insertion which had to be made to measure, then rebuilt, pots put back and a liner for the fire put in.It looks great, good match for the other end and very smart. Lee and Ricky were extremely tidy workers, clearing up every day, great teamwork and have done an excellent job. They were always cheerful and professional, after the initial banging hardly knew they were there. No mess at all after they had gone. Thank you very much,Lee and Ricky. From my first contact with Kernow Fires, via email, until 5 minutes ago, when Dan and Kev finished the installation of my Charnwood Stove, the service has been excellent.Brilliant communicators, great workmanship and a pleasure to deal with Bex, Kev and Dan. I did lots of research to find the best company and stove and I feel that I found them both. Graham was extremely helpful too, as the surveyor, and discussed the options with me. Thank you to all. :)

Fantastic service from start to finish. The lovely showroom staff arranged for Dan to come to the house and prepare an estimate. He was very patient and listened to what we wanted from the job. An estimate was prepared and agreed. I spoke to Claire who liaised with us throughout and was so lovely.A date for the job was arranged for a complete chimney rebuild and contura 890 style to be fitted.The scaffold was put up in advance and Lee and Ricky came to do the job.Both of them were friendly, polite and respectful. They worked efficiently with excellent knowledge of the job to be done. They made sure that we were happy with what was being done and explained each step so we knew what to expect.Once the job was finished everything was left clean and tidy and we were shown how to use the fire including some tips on maintenance.The scaffold was removed within a few days leaving no sign it had ever been there.I would definitely recommend kernow fires and will be using them in future to maintain my new fire.

I went to Kernow Fires after a number of unhelpful visits to other stove providers in the area. I met Bex, manager of the Redruth office and she could not have been more helpful. My need was not straightforward, but Bex researched at length, found my solution and ordered parts which were delivered the next working day. It really was a first class service. Thank you.

The service from Kernow Fires was excellent. Ours wasn't an easy installation, but they persivered and eventually got the fire in. The two sets of installers were very good, friendly, accommodating and hard working. We are delighted with the fire. It has transformed the house and is easy to light and use. Rebecca in the Pool Showroom is very friendly and helpful. She was a great help to us when we were choosing our fire. We would certainly recommend Kernow Fires to anyone thinking of buying a fire.
