Extremely disappointed.Manager has horrendous customer skills, assumed we'd accept damaged good, tried to give us the wrong floor and tried to overcharge us.Gareth was our initial point of contact, he was very helpful, polite and friendly. Got our floor ordered and paid for, £1300 worth, due in 7-10 days.2.5 weeks later, no update.Rang and got Eimear (surprisingly this is the manager) who was less than helpful, very rude, very inconsiderate and couldn't care less.Informed us our floor had arrived but 2 boxes have arrived damaged

Brian, our carpet fitter, showed up on time (massive plus for a tradie!!) He laid the carpet beautifully, he saved the offcuts so that we could make a runner for the hall, he was so chatty and friendly, he even used excess carpet to do the hotpress <3 After a few weeks of inferior builders who left my heart broke, Brian restored my faith in humanity, what a wonderful guy and great worker!! Thanks Carpet Centre!! The guy needs a raise <3
