esther altered my wedding dress and 2 of my bridesmaids dresses. my dress was big and timely job. esther advised me 4 weeks, she rang me after 2 to say it was ready! I tried it on again at pick up and it was perfect. thank you esther!

Amazing service. We had to move our wedding forwards and I needed my dress altered on the length and waist. I called Esther's alterations on the Friday morning, was able to drop my dress off later the same day and collected it the Sunday morning. Incredibly quick turn around and very happy with the results. Would absolutely recommend.

Due to poor planning I had only one day to alter my suit. Esther managed to do it very quickly and my graduation ceremony became possible. The quality and the price were also great!! 5/5 highly recommend.

I took 7 trousers to Esther for alteration, needed tailoring to make them all slim and nice fitting, needed it done asap, although she gave me a reasonable 5 days time frame for her to complete, I received a text message the next day that the trousers were ready to collect. I was very impressed for that. Esther was very welcoming and friendly. super efficient and offered a good price. The final finish of all trousers were to a high Standard and quality . Very friendly great service my dress was altered and fitted just right

My fiancée went here for her wedding dress alterations. Wouldn’t recommend it for anyone looking for a high end service and good customer experience.Esther seemed to act like she was doing us a favour rather than providing a service.She made snide comments throughout like “this dress doesn’t feel well made”.She also messed up the alternations and then tried to argue it was our fault.Stay clear!

I contacted Esther about having two zips replaced - one on an expensive winter coat with a removable lining and one on a heavyweight fleece. I sourced the zips via Ebay myself as I wanted genuine all-metal YKK zips (I was fed up with the plastic ones breaking). Esther did the job in about 3 days (though she quotes longer at busy times) and I got a phone call to go and collect. The workmanship is by far the best I've ever seen - and I've used sewing and repair services in and around Stourbridge, Brierley Hill and Kingswinford before now. Both coats look brand new now - very neat stitching lines and the zips look better than the originals. I can't fault the service and the price is very competitive as far as I'm concerned - so I'll be using Esther again and won't hesitate to recommend her to friends and family in the area. She does far more complex work that just zip replacement and I know I'm going to have some requirements in the near future. Now I know where to go!

I would highly recommend Esther after phoning on a Sunday morning and getting an appointment the same day to have my daughters prom dress altered I was very impressed. The dress was finished within the week and was reasonably priced. Esther was very professional, welcoming and she made my daughter feel at ease. I would definitely use Esther again.
