Procter Cast Stone

Just had a Portico fitted on our new home by Neil and his colleague, the whole service from estimation, survey and installation was excellent.Unless your builder has fitted one before I would recommend you get the Portico people to fit it....installation isn't quite as easy as some might think.

Sent them an email requesting a quote for approximately 15 cast stone window heads and sills, 20 meters of coping and other items and for some strange reason I get an email back a few days later from the operations manager (James) stating my order falls outside of their current order criteria". With no further explanation? What is that supposed to mean??"

Been in the building industry for 35 years and this is the worst company I have ever dealt with.Nadia is the only person who can get anything done. Paul is a outrageous liar who is so noncommittal that he can’t even tell you what year to expect delivery!!Product is average if a little too soft and easily chippedI spent approaching 5k with this outfit in June to order things which were “off the shelf” and “in stock”Got final delivery in November!There are plenty of other cast stone companies don’t waste your time with these messers unless you want to look like a fool and liar to your customersVery very very poor!!!

I was told it was a 12 week lead time, after placing my order and paying just short of £1000.00 I waited 10 weeks before ringing for a delivery date to be told that my bulls eye had not even been started.Cannot remember who I spoke to but it seemed that the blame was passed about.Got the bulls eye a few weeks late but was extremely happy with the product.Product was excellent, staff poor.
