I rang up for some general advice for my 1 year old who has tummy trouble, only to be told he couldn't answer any queries and to practically get off the phone as he had a long line of customers. Appalling customer service, very rude. I then rang St Ann's which was so helpful.

I must say that I have never come across such unhelpful rudeness from any business ever. The man on the end of the phone should never be working in such a place where he will inevitably be in contact with vulnerable people. I see from previous comments that I am not the only one who has had contact with this man.

Always very helpful. I STILL say that the staff are always very helpful.

I have never ever experienced such rudeness and gaslighting from 2 people at the same time - after firstly asking if the prescription was for tablets and not liquid as the doctor had said it would and then for saying that the lady’s tone upset my daughter - only to be attacked and told it was me and my tone and that I had implied the pharmacist hadn’t read the prescription properly - I was told if I wanted tablets I would have to ask my doctor for another prescription - being the weekend and my daughter having a severe ear infection I had to take the liquid - will never ever return - they have no regard for a child’s mental health (when I said I didn’t want her to apologise as it would embarrass my daughter who suffers severely from anxiety) they proceeded to intimidate me and mock me and my daughter’s feelings. Disgusted.

Very helpful, friendly and will be swapping from Lloyds to Wyborns for all my prescriptions. It's the worth the journey to come in from Ringmer.

I regularly receive consistently safe, compassionate, flexible and professional as well as a timely, bespoke client service. And this is the case not just at times of just the routine prescription medicines monthly cycle flow, but also at times irregularities, urgent need for dispensation, requests for basic medical advice and creative solutions of unforseen problems. Delightful!

Gone downhill recently! The staff used to be very friendly and helpful but the last few times my prescription has been picked up the man in there had been extremely rude and today even said that i need to take my prescription elsewhere in the future. I find this behaviour absolutely disgusting , unacceptable and uncalled for! This guy really needs to get over his vile attitude or leave the place!

I've been going to Wyborns for many years, through several changes of management, and have always found them totally polite, helpful and attentive. They usually have prescriptions ready before the suggested time and help me speed it up if necessary, letting me have some, if they are allowed, before the prescription has arrived. The latest new ownership promises to be just as helpful.
