Really pleased with excellent service at Prestons Wilmslow.We have dealt with Ellie Edwards who is a great sales consultant and has made every visit to the store memorable. I first spoke to her over the phone to enquire about a watch for myself and although it was only a quick call, Ellie was really professional and friendly which made me so excited to visit the store in person for the first time. Ellie is always welcoming and patient during our face to face appointments. With her knowledge and positive attitude she makes us feel comfortable to ask questions and feel valued every time we meet her whether it’s a big purchase or just a quick visit to get my watch resized and discuss watches in general. I am especially grateful for Ellie helping me to surprise my husband with the watch he had been wanting for his 40th birthday, it has brought him a lot of joy. Absolutely fabulous service from Imogen, sourced a watch to my exact configuration within a short time frame, disappointingly when I went to collect it, the bracelet was to small for my stupidly large wrists, she went out of her way to find me an extra link from their internal watchmaker so I could wear it out of the showroom. Absolutely perfect and the only place I will be going from now on. Thanks again Imogen and all the team at Preston’s.

Subject: Unfulfilled Promise and Lack of CommunicationI am deeply disappointed with the service provided by John at Preston Diamonds in Wilmslow. Despite multiple attempts to address the issue, the promised watch for a wedding present, dating back two years, has not been fulfilled. The complete lack of communication from their side has been incredibly frustrating and has left us very disappointed and feeling let down. It has taken the shine off what’s should have been a magical moment for us. We eventually sought assistance from another dealer, and they efficiently fulfilled our request within 6 weeks, even managing an additional piece. My advice based on this experience would be to opt for corporate establishments over small businesses. The level of service we received elsewhere was leaps and bounds better in comparison, to Preston’s who really didn’t want to know.. It's disheartening that we invested so much time trusting Preston's, and as the market evolves, their failure to build lasting, trusting relationships with genuine customers may prove regrettable in the long run.

Made to feel very welcome by Zara on my visit this afternoon. She was an absolute professional, sharing excellent knowledge on Rolex watches and how well they are made. Knowledge bombs were dropped on movements, different models, and interesting technical details. To top it off, the vibe felt very personable and centered around my personal choices. I left feeling this is what luxury should be like, thanks Preston's!
