AP Bourne did a garage conversion for me and I am so pleased with the result. Adrian and his team were absolute professionals throughout and tidied up after themselves at the end of each day. My old garage is now a new living room. It has been finished to a high standard and it looks amazing. I would definitely use AP Bourne again.

Adrian and his team completed a major renovation of our period property including internal structural work, replacement windows, kitchen fitting, and 2 bathrooms. Adrian is extremely reliable and honest and I found his company good value for money in comparison to other quotes that I received. He had an excellent network of local contractors that he works with and all the people that he recommended were of a high standard. The most impressive thing about Adrian’s company is that whilst they are able to undertake routine building work they are also highly skilled specialist carpenters and as such were able to perform the bespoke work that was required to restore this type of property. I would highly recommend using this company.

Adrian is a very genuine person and I can not fault his work in any way, he has done some small jobs for me in the past at my old property and now he is back doing an extension for me in my new house as I was so impressed with his previous work.His level of attention to detail is very impressive and his knowledge and experience definately shows when we discussed the job at the design stage, helping me decide how the layout would work better.His punctuality is brilliant, he turns up when he says he is and covers all furniture in the house and cleans up behind himself.Its nice to have some one working in your house you can trust as these days that's very rare.I have passed on his details to a number of friends and they also have the same high regard for Adrian and his work.

We was fist introduced to A P Bourne via a friend who was having her lift converted in 2018. Since then we have used his highly skilled services on numerous projects around the home, from under stair storage, bespoke display units to complete loft conversion. We are extremely lucky to find an amazing general builder who possess all the skills to undertake any job around the house. Would highly recommend and wouldn’t entertain anybody else. A true genius coupled with 5 star service.

Disregard any negatives reviews, Adrian is a very experienced professional along with his team.Having had Adrian to build two major extensions from the ground up anf fit out kitchen, build a new staircase, etc etc the list goes on his workmanship is outstanding, very clean, tidy and conscientious of peoples living areas whilst in the home. An exceptional eye for detail. He is not a typical builder as they are stereotyped and I would challenge you to find anyone better!This gent spent two days in heavy snow finishing our roof in sub zero temperatures..... see if you can find anyone else as committed!

Adrian has a good network of tradesman to call upon when required to give the professional finish that meets A P Bourne high standards. The chalet bungalow roof project, esculated into a full interior refit. I can't recommend A P Bourne enough. Fair quote, hard grafter, skilled team.
