Recently had our roof replaced turned up on time and completed job in time given. Phil and his team were very professional and did a great job. Had cause to call back but each time fixed issue promptly and efficiently. Would highly recommend.

Lee and Joe recently replaced our facias and guttering. Lovely job done nothing was a problem for them including a wasp nest! All on the hottest week of the year!! Emperor roofing have recently completed a new roof for our bungalow. The guys were always punctual and pleasant and very hard working. They did an excellent job. We were especially impressed by the way they cleared up afterwards, even going up into our loft to clear debris from the old roof. We are happy to recommend them to anyone.

Work on our flat roof was carried out to a good standard. The men were very pleasant, helpful and tidied everything up afterwards. Would wholeheartedly recommend this team.

We used the services of Emperor Roofing to remove and replace a GRP roof that had been installed incorrectly by a previous roofer. I can confirm that the removal and replacement turned into a very complex operation which Emperor Roofing dealt with extremely well. We are now more than happy with the new GRP roof and found their services exemplary. In addition, we had a leak on our tiled roof overnight so I contacted Emperor Roofing in the morning whereupon they responded by repairing the leak the very same morning. Excellent work!!!! I would not hesitate to recommend Emperor Roofing.

Pushy salesman and cold calling, blatantly flouting the No Cold Callers signs on properties in Newton Hall, Durham.*Update*Being accosted Twice in my garden While having a conversation with my neighbour by a male representative of this company because of this review, he wants me to remove this review however given his very aggressive, intimidating and wholly unapologetic behaviour and also confirming that the points raised in my review are correct. I will not be removing my review of this company.A shocking encounter and disgraceful behaviour by this representative.

Emperor roofing replaced the roof on our holiday cabin. We had much lower quotes from other roofers but they were totally unreliable. After a year of waiting, we bit the bullet and paid top dollar to Emperor. No regrets whatsoever; quick, reliable high quality, professional service, nice lads, overall an excellent job. Every cabin is unique and so is every cabin roof, I doubt they'd done a job like this before, but they took it all in their stride. One year on, not a single leak and no storm damage. Would 100% choose Emperor again.

I recently had my roof replaced by Emperor Roofing. From getting a quote, to completion of the work, it was a pleasure dealing with them. They were extremely friendly, professional and efficient. They have done an excellent job at an excellent price. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

Tried to get Paul out to have a look at our roof as our previous roofing company we went with unfortunately couldn't do what we asked for. We told him what the last company told us but asked if he could look still and see WHAT the other company said was right but he just went not worth the time coming out there and I am fully booked till August so I'm not doing it" then hung up the phone. I called again as we were desperate but didn't say what the issue was he agreed to come on a Thursday didn't show then agreed the following Friday didn't show again. Left a voicemail with the company as I had taken time off work for him to come but they never got back to me. I would give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!"
