DVSA Driving Test Centre Northampton

I passed my driving practical exam in Northampton on Friday, 28 July 2023. I had never thought I would be able to pass it in my first attempt, but I did, thanks to Michael, my DVSA examiner. His exceptional skills and friendly demeanor made me feel at ease throughout the test. He ensured a smooth and stress-free experience and gave me feedback on my mistakes at the end of the test. I highly appreciate his professionalism. Thank you, Michael!

In general bunch of nice people, except for Jeff.His ignorance and arrogance will make everyone around him make feel small and uncomfortable.He is shouting at candidates as well as instructors.This guy should be banned from working with people, and driving licence candidates in particular.He will make people feel uncomfortable in no time. I saw people shivering, shaking and crying after spending time of driving exam with this individual.This man is bad!!!

I passed my test recently with a lovely examiner called Steve. I wish him the absolute best! He was polite, calming and ensured all of his instructions were clear and concise. Didn't have an issue with repeating any instructors and encouraged you to speak up if there was any confusion. I would give him 10 stars if it were an option.Only 4 stars because some of the other examiners are rude and off-putting. I have several horror stories detailing at least 3 other examiners from friends and family. In conjunction with the long wait time (currently 6 months long) I would encourage looking into Kettering test centre as an alternative.

Passed my driving test today with Craig at Northampton Driving Test Centre. Had a pleasant time driving with him and helped me ease out of my nerves. Cannot thank him enough.

Late postI passed my driving exam on Monday at my 1st attempt. I had the privilege of having a wonderful examiner Michael. He was patient, kind and extremely professional. Thank you for making me comfortable throughout the entire examination process.

I passed my driving test today thanks to Craig! He made the whole experience so nice and relaxed. Had a lovely time! Thank you Craig ☺️

Just had my driving test this morning with Steve. He made me feel so at ease and was just lovely. It was my second test and I passed with no faults

Passed today with Michael! I’ve had three driving tests at Northampton test and each examiner has been friendly, professional and has taken the time to explain my faults. I’ve also visited multiple other test centres and can confirm Northampton is by far the best. I am a very anxious driver and Michael really helped to calm my nerves, he couldn’t have done a better job. Thank you so much again Michael, the best driving examiner out there. To anyone who has failed multiple times due to nerves and is considering giving up…give Northampton a go :)

Today I passed my practical exam with the manager of the test centre, Dean. He was super friendly, very reassuring and very patient with me, he really helped ease my nerves and kept me feeling confident throughout my test. I’m over the moon with the result and really pleased that I passed with no faults, honestly all credit due to my instructor and this really cool examiner. I wish you all the best.
