Called Neil at lunchtime having discovered a wasps nest in our loft. He said he’d come later that day and by 4.30pm he had treated the nest directly in the loft and since then we have seen zero wasp activity. Neil was polite and very helpful giving advice on removing the nest (not done yet due to the heatwave) Would highly recommend The Pest Company.

This is the second time Neil has helped us out with issues around bird mites and birds entering our roof cavity, excellent service, professional and helpful. The bird mite problem was awful and other pest control companies could not help but this one did, hence will always go back to them if any problems. Highly recommended.

Myself and my neighbour used The Pest Company for a rat problem we had in our terrace houses. I found Neil to be very polite and professional in the house. He conducted his work quickly with no mess at all. He explained everything and was very reassuring in his advice and made it clear he would be available at any point if we needed him. Called Neil about rats in the loft space. Explained to us what he thought was going on in the loft. Looked round the property and located the access point.Came back on a weekly basis was prompt and punctual very friendly and was always reassuring. Once Neil was happy he had eradicated the rats, he sealed the access area, and fitted meshing to all air vents. Would strongly recommend Neil and The Pest Company. No job was too smallThank you Neil.
