If you want a landlord that hugely lacks in communication, bodges any repair work that needs doing, bills you extortionately for end of tenancy cleaning, takes months to return your deposit, has absolutely no empathy for their tenants then CCHA is right for you, if this was my company I would feel very embarrassed of how it operates, I rated this company a 1 star, in theory they are undeserving of that.

Extremely bad communication with the management always with complaints the speaking to you like to main problem. In my situation they given me Flat were I have problem to sleeping due of the drugs addicted people who do not respect quiet time after 22:00 I can hear arguments about drugs and arguing they to each other due of money issues. I do not stay there over the night or day because this place is In bad area I have complained the situation for more than 2-4years and since of me being moved in there not change. Today the refused to help me . They should not have rights to make people life’s as association who provides home for people. Extremely bad group of people who class you as problem if as for help.

Utter scumbags work here. They will employ anyone

Absolutely shambles!!…it’s taken them a whole month to try and fix my front door lock because I work,(I also called the emergency team too).And I’m still waiting.Funny how I pay rent on time , I wish their repairs were on time too.Leaving me vulnerable for a whole month and counting.

Been waiting for months for my damp to me sorted out I have asthma and a 2 year old sonBeen told 2 different dates to come out and never turnt upme and my son sleeping in a room full of damp , my furniture is ruined such as my bed,my sons bed,my chest of draws and my sons table and chairsEven got a puddle of water in the bedroom under my bed that I have to clean up so often

Didn't want to give one star but had to so I could write review. This housing association has hot to be the worst ever. I could write an essay but as it is in hands of solicitor I can't say what I want. Corrupt to the core and vulnerable people are violated by them. Watch your elderly parents/grandparents etc. Will update when I am able as I feel everyone should be aware

If 0 was an option it would be less...5 star reviews are either bots of staffMostly scun work at ccha. Good ones leave pretty quick..Low Iq humans who think the money they have is free while they all pay tax.... stay well away if you like you sanity.

I have previously been a tenant with CCHA and I never had any issues with them. If I rang for a repair, its usually been sorted within 48 hours.The staff are great. Nothing is too much trouble for them. If they don't know the answer to a query, rather than leave you on hold, they actually say they will ring back asap. And fair play to them, I've never had a member of staff not ring back as promised.The housing association actively encourages tenants to get involved with projects in their communities and this then results in positive changes taking place that benefit both sides.They offer money advice, help with back to work schemes, help out both the elderly and child groups to make sure people have a safe place to come together to combat loneliness and isolation. So much more than a housing association. Can't fault them !!

Moved in march 17th and over 3 months later still waiting for repairs

I have no issues with the housing association directly, but feel like their sub contractors are playing them for fools so they can earn money by not completing jobs. Accusations towards the housing association's tenants of abuse when no such thing has happened. These sub contractors are also happy to put tenants children at risk. As I said no issue with housing association they are very welcoming and helpful people and I am thankful to be a tenant in one of their many homes.
