Mark did a home visit yesterday and I was really happy with how it went. He was very friendly, knowledgable and talked me through at different points of the removal, what was going on. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone who also blocked ears. 5* service.

I was having a problem with my right ear, I had being using ear buds and the ear became blocked. I searched for an ear specialist and came across MB Audiology Services and checked out the reviews. I was not disappointed. Mark came to my house, explained everything in detail and then proceeded to clean out my ear. The left ear was fine but the right ear was blocked. After having the treatment my ear felt great, no pain just a straight forward procedure. I highly recommend Mark, he is not only professional but very caring. 5 stars from me.

Excellent service! The lady I spoke to on the phone to make the appointment was very accommodating as I needed the appointment on a specific day and time.Mark, who attended to carry out the procedure, was very polite and knowledgeable. He made my elderly father in law, who had really been suffering with his ears, very much at ease.Mark explained exactly what he was going to and his experience showed and was very reassuring.Very reasonably priced, and I would definitely recommend anybody to use this company.Great work MB!

Absolutely brilliant service offered by Mark. I rang up about excessive earwax and a home appointment was booked within days. The procedure was comfortable and pain-free. Came to our house to clear my husbands ear wax. We didn't have a lot of space, but was still able to make it work despite that.Very professional and friendly, felt more than comfortable having him in our home.Whole procedure was very quick and efficient.Made sure to answer any questions we had and let us know that if we have any further issues we can contact him.Also took the time to explain the reason why there was the wax build up and further measures we can take to stop it happening again.All in all, a really good experience and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Absolutely brilliant service. Had ear wax removed from both ears with micro suction. Was a bit uncomfortable but not painful. Mark is very easy going, polite and professional. Process took less than half an hour. Very reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend.

I would highly recommend MB Ear Care to anyone with excessive ear wax issues. Mark arrived at my home on time and explained everything to me before the treatment to ensure it was right for me. The treatment itself is quick and painless and the results were transformative, like getting a new set of ears, I didn’t realise the sounds I had been missing. I think the price is very reasonable considering the end results.I would add that Mark is a very professional, polite and considerate person who it was a pleasure to meet. I cannot recommend his company highly enough.
