Vita Student Park Place - Student Accommodation Cardiff

The main reason to live here is the staff. Sonia, Saeed, Jo, and Laura constantly go above and beyond to make you feel at home. I so deeply appreciate all their hard work and am so thankful for the care they showed me throughout the year.

Vita is a nice student accommodation, staff is very helpful and informative. I don't stay at Vita, but thinking of moving next year. I'm not gonna lie Saeed convinced me.

I highly recommend staying at Vita Student Park Place if you are coming to stay in Cardiff to complete a study. It was a very positive experience for me personally when I stayed at Vita Student this year for about 3 months during the last stage of my PhD study. I very much appreciate the staff assistant whenever we as students needed a help - A big thanks to the amazing staff Sonia, Joe, Laura, and Taylor. They were always there to answer our queries with a big smile on their face.I would also like to mention about how comfortable the studios at Vita are with many facilities offered in the building itself such as a gym with various exercise equipment, food preparing sessions, free breakfast meals, cleaning staff, etc.Finally, I would like to send all my best wishes to Vita Student accommodation staff. An amazing place to stay if you’re considering coming to Cardiff to study!I had the pleasure of staying in Vita while finishing my Masters dissertation at Cardiff University. From reserving a room online to checking out, the whole experience was top class.Situated within a one-minute walk of the City Centre and a five-minute walk from Cardiff University School of Engineering, Vita is very conveniently located to make daily life in Cardiff as smooth and easy as possible.The building is beautifully designed with plenty of amenities available to students. Vita offers plenty of spacious communal spaces that can be used to socialize or study. Some standout areas include The Raven for private study sessions and the private dining area for dinner parties.I was lucky to reserve a corner studio on the 16th floor. The studio was perfect in every sense: the furnishings were of high-quality and the views of the Cardiff City Centre were unmatched!Complementing these amazing facilities was an equally amazing team that works night and day to make sure residents are as happy and comfortable during their stay at Vita. I want to take this opportunity to thank Sonia, Jo, Laura, Farhia, Mamadu, Saeed, Yusra, Rory and the rest of the team at Vita Cardiff for their warmth and hospitality throughout my time at Vita.I would rate Vita Cardiff 10 stars if I could, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone considering a student accommodation in Cardiff.

If there is no such thing as free lunch, it's here. Everything is counted to your expense. It's super expensive. Maintenance can take months or forever after reported but when it comes to collecting your money they are super fast and super on time if you don't want to pay for late payment fine. I doubt if something is used exhaustively over time and broken during your stay, they might charge you for that (???). Modern place to stay with way too slim wardrobe and insensitive fob scanner which you have scan many times until it will give you a pass.

Incredible team of staff, always happy to have a chat. Never see the staff without a smile, especially Jo and Laura. Taylor's always there in the morning to say hi with a smile too. Has been a great year with them running the place.

Vita is the best, and also saeed as well, you guys don’t believe when you study hard at midnight, and saeed will carry a chips sharing with you. Love him three thousand.

Just moved in here. the staff are all so nice and friendly and there’s events and activities all the time and the decor is very modern and artistic. overall a really comfortable place to live.

Absolutely amazing service and stay. Just finished my first year and was great especially as I was nervous for moving to uni. The staff are super friendly and helpful especially the super chill receptionists Laura and Yusra who we always had a good laugh with. Actually worth the prices as well :)
