First Steps Day Nursery, Clear Day Nurseries

Both of our children attended first steps nursery and have continued into the after schools program. The care that they have received over the last eight years has been consistently high. The kids are safe, happy and engaged while the staff are friendly and professional.

This nursery is truly excellent. My child is well looked after and all her needs are met. Anything I have asked for has always been met and more so.The staff are open, attentive, lovely, pleasant and ultimately look after the welfare of my child as a priority. My daughter is extremely happy here.The food is lovely, facilities clean, tidy and daily routines are well organised and varied.I have 100% trust & confidence while my daughter is in their care.Not to mention Lisa and Jill managers are exceptional, good humoured and attentive.

Our 2 children have both attended First steps and have loved it. only the youngest is there now and the kindness and attention they get from all the staff has not changed. They get well stimulated and have loads of fun and cuddles. its hard to leave any child with a nursery when its time to go back to work, but First steps is a great place for all kids - whatever the age and also gives parents peace of mind that they are in a safe and fun environment. Well done First Steps!

Excellent Nursery with 1st class staff who love the kids. Lisa is very approachable and we are delighted with the way they care for our children so well. So glad we found First Steps.

My child has attended both the nursery and currently attends the After School Club. He loves both and staff at both are brilliant with the kids in their care, they always have time to spend with each child. The range of activities over holidays is excellent. Would highly recommend to anybody looking for Day Care

My two grandchildren started First Steps daycare in February on their two week trial and settled in really well. The staff are very friendly helpful and professional in there roles and the kids enjoy numerous activities on a daily basis when they attend. Also all the food is very nutritional and healthy. Lisa the manager is also very helpful and approachable. I am very glad I decided to send the boys to First Steps as I know they are in very professional hands and we'll looked after. Would highly recommend First Steps to any parent who was considering putting their little ones into daycare.☺☺☺

Both my children have attended First Steps since they were 6 months old and loved it. The love and kindness shown by the staff make us feel part of the family. I've only one child still there and will be sad when he's too old to go!

My daughter has been at First Steps for a year now, and started when she was 5.5 months. She was an ebf baby who didn't take a bottle, had to be rocked to sleep and hated the cot! This was no problem for the staff and they took it all in their stride. I gave them fresh and frozen bm and never once was this a problem. She had a 2 week settling in period, which was invaluable. All the staff at First Steps are brilliant and caring and you can tell they love the children. I never worry when I'm at work when she's there. My daughter is now a crazy toddler and loves going to crèche. She puts her arms out for her key worker in the morning and this makes all the difference to me going to work.

Very happy with my son attending first steps! Nice happy chilled environment when you walk in! The girls are easy to speak to happy tto talk! They show a geniune interest in the child!!
