Auto Windscreens

They replaced the windcreen on one of our vans, very professional and a cracking Job!! They was happy for me to leave the van for the Day while I went off to do some jobs for the day and came back to collect later on in the day. Great service and highly recommend! Thanks, Brett.

My insurance company put me straight through to Auto Windscreens for a front window repair. I had to wait over a week for someone to come out for the repair. I live quite some distance out of Leicester and didn't want to drive with obscured vision.The man who came to do the job was pleasant, but when I went to use the car, in the rain, the windscreen wiper failed to work on the driver's side. It was early in the morning when I phoned and I was told that there were engineers in the branch all day and to drive over - in the rain with no wiper? I pointed out that this was not only dangerous but illegal. They said that they couldn't get someone out for 2 days (what about all these guys in the branch?). Missed an appointment through this, and had to let other people down. I used the RAC breakdown service eventually, and had it properly fixed.

I used Auto Windscreens for the first time today after a experiencing an accidental crack on my car's windscreen. I must admit I was unsure about what to expect and slightly apprehensive, but I have to say, the welcome and service I received from Kyle and his colleague was absolutely spot on. He even called me before the appointment to see whether I was able to come earlier than planned which was a great help for me. He directed me towards the waiting room area and gave me an approximate time for the job. Once the job was completed, he talked me through some important aftercare pointers and put my mind at ease. Overall, I was very pleased with the service from Auto Windscreens and I'd say if Kyle's customer service was the benchmark for how to deal with the public, the company are fortunate to have staff like him.

Well what a cowboy outfit.Upon replacement of windscreen they broke my my 2 nuts that hold they wiper blades in place one side was glued to cover the the cobboy repair with out telling me I will be ring up them to sort this out with my insurance company ect

Dropped my car off the day before it was due to have the windscreen replaced and they replaced it same day, can't fault the service or price

Had my windscreen replaced here. Job done within the estimated time and tech was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the first screen had a defect which was only obvious once I left the depot but there was no problem getting them to replace it again.

Service was very good but the windscreen sent out was wrong so had to go back to get job done otherwise all good

My insurance people have sent my information over twice to them to have my window done on my car never had a phone call from them not even an email that's why you got o e star from me
