Quirky country pub and restaurant in the historic village of Kirmington, just a stone's throw away from Humberside Airport. The menu is vast (as are the portions) and really good value for money, I would definitely recommend a visit.

Compliments to staff, chef and whole atmosphere... food was amazing and brilliant value for money.Would definately recommend and will absolutely bw returning... thankyou ladies and chef/chefs... steak and ale pie had the filling of what seemed like a cow , melt in mouth!

Food quite good, quantity over quality perhaps. Astonished with the price of the Coca-Cola, 1 glass £4! Just from a pump too!Toilets/rest rooms very nice. Clean with a fresh smell!

The food was absolutely beautiful, plenty of it, hot and well presented. The staff were polite and checked on us regularly. If Guy Martin had turned up, it would have made my visit, but he must have been busy. Lovely lunch time visit

After some confusion over our booking which was dealt with brilliantly we we offered the room upstairs, as there were no tables free. It was like having your own private dining experience as we had the room to ourselves.The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was amazing! Freshly cooked you will not be disappointed.

What a great place to eat, we went for my birthday and loved it. The food was freshly cooked and tasty, and the staff was all super nice, great atmosphere with old pics and raf stuff. And some other bits like bike pic, etc. Overall, it was well worth the trip. I have attached the food pics to show how nice the food was. We had korma, chicken goujons, onion rings, treacle sponge, and pear crumble. As you can see, the portion sizes are very good. You also have places to charge your electric car now and ample parking.

Fantastic little gem of a pub, small and cosy, highly advise booking too as it does become fully booked at peak times. The food was exceptional and larger than average portions too. For the price, it's only really the same as any chain pub however you get the fantastic service from the waiting / bar staff, larger than average portions at other establishments and at this establishment, the chef knows how to cook properly! Would definitely be visiting again 100%. The price including two drinks and a desert worked out less than £40 due to having a mixed grill with additional sauce.
