If you ever needed an example of someone delivering outstanding customer service, then look no further than Roy at Broadfield. I've used this company twice now after been let down by Silver Parking at the airport. Nothing is to much trouble and even if he cant accept a booking, which he couldn't do on my most recent trip due to having his driveway re-tarmac. He recommended another park and ride service near him, who have managed to fit me in.

Roy is amazing, such a lovely man and service brilliant. Flight was delayed and landed after midnight, he answered straight away and was in the waiting area before we were. Car looked after well, stays on site, no miles added on at all. Will definitely use again, support a local business and avoid the ridiculous prices charged by the airport. Thanks again Roy!

The car has been well stored in the bad weather, no added mileage. Transportation to the airport was also swift. they are friendly and I can see why so many people left good reviews. I will definitely use it next time. However, one regret was that there was no separate website, so reservations had to be made by e-mail. But for the price, I think it's the best value for money.

This is the first time I have used them, and have to say what a fantastic service. Value for money, and peace of mind leaving the car with them. Secure compound, parked on gravel with plenty of space around the cars. Taxi transfer was waiting when we got there, and on our return, taxi was booked for us right outside the terminal due to it being early hours. Would defintely use again.

We have used these three times now and l must say we find them to be very good, and always veey good at communtating taxis are always on time and when contcted they are slways to hsnd and very helpful we will definitely use these again and again.
