Really enjoyed the food, staff we're very welcoming and all is set in beautiful grounds overlooking the fishing pool .

Absolutely fabulous we were driving by and it caught my husband eye when in and so glad we when. Will go again

We went there for fishing, so I cannot say a lot about their new open cafe which seemed quite nice.The good bits:So, there are 2 ponds, one that is managed by the father and the other by his son/s. We mainly went to the one where the father is in charge, and even if we didn't really catch fish (we're going for fun only, we are not professional fishermen) the view was really nice, and we enjoyed spending time outdoors there.On the other side, the side with the cafe we went to 3 times I think. The first time we went there was ok, no big fish, but we went with our daughter who caught a lot of small ones, so she really enjoyed it. There are big fish there, you can see it in the water, and some of our neighbors" had some good catches there (even a nice pike caught with a small fish that my daughter gave it to them). But it is hard to catch!Now

Lovely venue, fantastic cafe, Only £8 to Fish. It's definitely not a Runs water. Íts challenging.

Looks like a nice place to have a walk around, I don't fish so couldn't comment on a quality. There is a nice cafe onsite now, that does a lovely breakfast.
