I contacted the Phirm with a safety issue on my Audi. I had tried several Audi garages and none could see me for several weeks and in one case over two months. However as soon as I spoke to Paul he immediately grasped this was a safety issue and got me in the next day fitting me into their busy schedule. We talked through the issue and he proactively ordered parts which might solve the problem so they arrived overnight and the issue could be fixed the next day. I left my car by 1000hrs and by 1600hrs the safety issue had been fixed. Added to that the crew also took the time to check the engine area and found loads and loads of very compressed leaves which may have been impacting water levels. I was disappointed that after a full service and repair history with Audi they had not picked this up yet the Phirm picked it up straight away demonstrating their attention to detail. A nice touch was also that the mechanic brought my key so I could say thank you. When it came settling the bill Paul was very straight forward and transparent and the labour cost was very very reasonable (especially in comparison to Audi). The following day I received a courtesy call to make sure everything was okay; again something I have never had at an Audi garage. All in all very impressive. High standards, excellent customer care and having been a ‘life long’ Audi garage user I’m not sure I would use anyone other than the Phirm again. Recommend unequivocally. If you want the highest level of service for your vehicle you must go here - just one visit will make a real impact.

They fitted my car in, and it turned out to need more work than first thought, they did their best to get it repaired asap, explained work carried out in detail, kept me informed of the work needed, honest, great communication, and great all round customer service, highly recomend, very busy garage, but good place to get car repaired

Fantastic and friendly team who have helped me going above and beyond to get my MK6 Golf GTI working again. The car was in bad shape when purchased so a new engine was fitted in addition to many other parts that needed replacing. They have provided a great level of transparency and have made me feel valued . They where happy to answer questions around my car giving detailed and knowledgeable answers . I am new to performance cars but plan on making this a project with performance mods in the near future. Great team and service !
