Emailed twice about buying a Husqvarna 522HDR75X and wanted a delivery quote before proceeding as I live in Northern Ireland and their website won't let me buy or complete a purchase. No reply can't understand businesses these days dont seem to want to sell.Details of delivery from website below. See reply from company below says it all. Website misleading.Please note, our courier charges a surcharge for delivering to outlying areas of the UK. E.g. Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight etc. If your address is included on our courier’s outlying area list, we will contact you. We will advise you of the surcharge cost and you will then have the choice to pay the surcharge or cancel your order if you wish.

Ordered a Stihl hedge trimmer and strimmer. Items arrived pre assembled and ready to go with some fuel. Dropped off by company later in the week after ordering online. Items in great condition, work well. Would recommend!

I had to obtain a purge bulb for my Echo grass strimmer and had tried everywhere. Eventually, a friend of mine recommended George Carr in Bristol. James was very helpful and ordered them for me. Ordered an Echo top handle from these guys as it was by far the best price anywhere and it got delivered to my door in Scotland the next morning! I had called before making the purchase online to ask some questions, they were really helpful and I can’t recommend them enough. Will buy from them again in future!

I bought a Stihl battery from George Carr. 16 months later it died. I emailed customer service and within the hour a replacement had been posted which arrived the next day. Thanks Katie for such a rapid response.

I made the mistake of ordering a mower from roboexpert UK and I was stung by hidden charges in the form of import VAT and then had a mower delivered which was PIN locked with no PIN supplied. These guys rescued me even though I was not a direct customer at this point. I can only imagine they provide excellent customer service and soon I will find out as an actual customer I'm sure.

Rang to check the chainsaw I wanted was in stock, then ordered through the website. I didn’t get any delivery confirmation emails so rang up to check, they confirmed no issue and it was going out that day. All good apart from fed ex delivering it to the wrong house.No idea why there’s some bad reviews here, both times I called the phone was answered quickly and questions answered. Would certainly use again.

What shop shuts between 12 and 1.30 on a Friday, that's ok I was looking to get a new chain saw and hedge cutter along with some ropes. I will take my business elsewhere. That's three people's business you have lost within 10 min of me being outside the shop.
