Great 1-1 sessions with Ryan, well worth the money. Would recommend to anyone, if your really out of shape, don't let that put you off, I'm very out of shape but feeling fitter after every session

It's a great little gym, the staff are polite and friendly. Sessions are easily affordable and they cover a range of things in them :)

Phoned up asking about joining, having done boxing for a few years before anyway. Guy was v rude on the phone and told me to look somewhere else without knowing anything about me

Its poor you csnt even watch your kid train and the people who work there thay dont even tell the little ones to focus their punches
