Be aware that this shop does not give refunds on lamps. This was not advertised in store or stated when purchasing. Staff were difficult when dealing with a return within less than 24 hours of purchasing.

Bought a living room suit from Choice they helped me all the way from choosing the right one to the best deal they could work out on delivery and even how to look after the whole package.I was impressed with the level of service and the attention to detail that the whole team showed me from the sales to the delivery team.

Very poor customer service when it’s come to returns, very expensive lamp wasn’t right for the room. Didn’t even have it 12 hours and they didn’t accept refunds. Only buy here is you 100% want the items as they don’t have a full returns policy (only offered 20% of full price on return).
