Amazing communication and fast service!

Bunch of time wasters I wanted to sell my phone he had me going back and forth to get ID and phone charger. After wasting my time he told me my phone was still under contract so he couldn't buy it. It wasn't I bought my phone outright the guy doesn't what he is on about. He made me run around when I've got the receipt to prove I bought outright.

I went there after I had visited two other store to fix my iPad.He gave a better deal but before taking the iPad he tried to check it then the problem was from the cable.He gave me the iPad and tell me to buy the cable.I really appreciate his honesty.It will be my favorite shop to fix electronics.

The people working here are really lovely. Phone fixed within half an hour. My phone is still in good condition.

They changed the screen on my phone for 50 pounds and now the cameras and the microphone don't work.I asked them to please do their best, as I had to leave Cardiff in less then two days.The phone wasn't ready the first time I was asked to come back.Eventually, I got it back and paid for it.While on the plane, I just noticed the problems.I lost 50 pounds, plenty of time (I had to go back two times) and now I have to go and fix it again.They lied when asked whether it was fixed or not.Why is it so hard to just do the job you have been paid for? I don't get it.Find better alternatives.

I am a business owner and my phone runs my business, I rang the owner and asked for a quote over the phone and I was happy with the price I went in to the shop to get my phone repaired and he gave me a better price than original 10/10 - 1,000% recommend!!

I have read the other reviews and can only share my experience from the 2 occasions I have been to the shop. The gentleman repaired a problem with my camera whilst I waited, he was very courteous and friendly I could see what he was doing at all times. He showed me that there were some parts missing from a previous repair at a different mobile shop who charged me for a screen repair two years previously.I had a slight problem today with sending a text and screen not displaying intermittently and he suggested a possible fix and actually did that for me as well.I rate this gentleman highly on the service that he gave me and would certainly go back to him on the future.

NEVER EVER GO NEAR THIS PLACE! THEY APPEAR HONEST AND RELIABLE BUT THEY ARE FAMOUS IN CARDIFF FOR BEING DISHONEST, UNRELIABLE AND NOT MEETING THEIR PROMISES. CHECK THEIR REVIEWS CAREFULLY AND DO NOT BE FOOLED. THEY CAUSED COUNTLESS PROBLEMS FOR MYSELF

Needed to find out about PAYG SIM card for my elderly mother. The person behind the counter was extremely helpful. I would go here for anything I need in future.
