Contrast were referred to us because our usual engineer was under pressure & couldn't attend for x2 landlord gas certicates. So pleased this happened as Mark is efficient, personable and communicates well. As such we've booked him for our home boiler & will likely use him again. We're glad he was referred to us!

Mark quickly responded to a boiler fault in my tenants property and had it resolved within the week. He called me back when he missed my call and kept me informed as to the suspected fault and when he'd be able to sort it. Great service all round.

Had a full bathroom installation from Mark.After 3 months our kitchen ceiling came down due to major faults from the installation.Mark ignored my calls after failing to return to sort faults.Blocked me from his phone and social media.I even went to his house and he had moved so no way of taking him to small claims court.List of issues:Shower drainage not fitted correctly that caused severe leaksAll pipeing cracked and damaged.Heated towel rail never worked properly.Toilet was not plumbed in correctly.Grouting not finished and left with cracked grout and tiles.Lighting was not fitted correctly neither shower basin.Kitchen ceiling fell in to all the water damage.Bedroom adjoining needed be replastered and skimmed due to all the water damage and lack waterproofing (which we paid for)This has cost a fortune to sort and all this man did was ignore us.For those who refuse to believe this... ask yourself why I would create such a review if the install was to our satisfaction.I have all photographical evidence to support my review.An absolute catalogue of errors trained professional?Disgusting Service, beware people.

Booked to visit my elderly father in Dec, who was in, Mark came and left (sighting door not answered, despite having multiple contact numbers etc), plumbing not dealt with. Then does not respond to voice messages, text messages, makes no effort to try and help. Spoke to today, dismissive, and 6 week lead time to next appointment. No attempt made to try and help despite his failed visit. Very dissappointing.

What I like about these guys is that they turn up when they say they are going to turn up, they do a good job, they charge a very fair price and everything works! Great job guys and keep up the good work.

Gas fire service; excellent. Arrived punctually , calmly and professionally sorted slight issue , gave sound advice about how to avoid issue in future , price as per quote , will definitely use this service in the future.

I have used Mark's services for a few years for my annual boiler check. My boiler is pretty old now (23 years) and still going strong. Mark is always punctual, polite, friendly. The fees are very reasonable and he is very informative. He looked into an issue with my system this time and it was resolved to my satisfaction, with a great explanation of what to do and what to look out for. This was at no extra cost. I highly recommend his services.

Mark is a brilliant plumber nothing was tomuch trouble for him and he is very clean and tidy
