PRO Phlebotomy Training

I finished my introduction course today and thoroughly enjoyed it. Although I really wanted to do the course, I wasnt at all confident that I would be able to do it.Sarah put us all at ease. The course was relaxed but highly structured and very informative.So glad I booked with Pro Phlebotomy Training. I will hopefully be able to sign up soon for the advanced course.Can't recommend highly enough.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!They don't even know what they are offering, they only try to sell more courses without listening to you.I'm a 2009 graduate nurse, worked in pre & post surgery wards overseas. They offer Refresher course for overseas medical professionals. I sent my diploma, they said okay but I still need to pass their theory test to be able to have the refresher course, which makes sense. So I completed an extra online course to make sure all my knowledge and experience also covers the UK regulations, which I did pass easily, and sent that to them as well.They keep saying I don't have UK experience so I have to purchase more courses, I confronted them saying they offer refresher courses for people who already have years of experience, but then they keep saying that's not valid in the UK. So why do they promote like they offer courses for OVERSEAS medical professionals?I told the lady on the phone that she doesn't listen. I wanted to speak to the manager, then she hung up the call.So unprofessional, so frustrating, just sale oriented.I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL— Respond to your reply —I was happy to get the test, that was never an issue, but all of a sudden your sales people started saying that I can’t actually get it I need to purchase more courses. Please see attached screenshot!!!

I highly recommend pro phlebotomy training.I didn’t feel highly confident In taking blood but the way the training was given It provided me the confidence.Anyone that is interested should 100% Consider doing this course with this Provider

I wasn't sure how confident I'd feel about drawing blood once I'd finished the course but the course was so in depth that I needn't have worried. I highly recommend Pro Phlebotomy Training if you're looking to become a phlebotomist. The course has all the relevant content without being too intense.

Very disappointed with the service. When deciding to book a course I did extensive research and decided to book with pro phlebotomy. The course price was clearly stated in the description however when I arrived at the checkout the £48 extra was added for VAT. This was not stated anywhere in the description. When I spoke to pro phlebotomy they stated they are VAT registered so have to charge the 20% VAT. This however was not my issue. It should be made clear in the description as clearly stating the price as £290 is extremely misleading.

If you are anything like me, I was very wary with booking anything online! This course is absolutely brilliant. From the time I walked in to the venue, to time I left, Dot our trainer was fantastic. I couldn't have wished for a better Tutor. Dot is very down to earth and very easy going. I didn't once feel uncomfortable asking her a question or asking her to repeat something. Dot is very much a people person and nothing is too much trouble for her. The course ran very smoothly and there was never any awkward silence. Everyone on the course was made to feel welcome and part of a team. Everyone was In the same boat and treated equally. I cannot fault this course and I was 100% refer this course to anybody! This made me regain my confidence and put my Anxiety at ease. So pleased I chose this course. A huge Thank you to Dot Harrison for making my weekend!

I did the introduction course and the live bloods course a couple of months ago with pro training and I am now pleased to say I have no secured a job as a phlebotomist within the NHS thank you for all your help and excellent customer service highly recommend

I went on this course really not knowing what to expect but I can honestly say that this exceeded my expectations in every way. The course was well set out and easy to understand and follow. The course materials were expertly put together and very relevant.The Instructors were second to none. They were helpful, knowledgeable and easily approachable.I would recommend them in a heatbeat

I absolutely loved this course, would highly recommend. Very insightful learnt a lot instructors were lovely made you feel very welcomed. If you haven’t already sign up for the course
