During this hot weather, our fridge freezer defrosted! Samsung gave me the ERS contact. What fantastic service, right from Clare ( so very helpful on the telephone) to Paul who repaired our Fridge. Can’t speak highly enough of them. Would strongly recommend the company. Many thanks.

My fridge freezer packed in whilst under warranty and Samsung selected ERS as their authorised repairer. I’d suggest looking elsewhere if you’re considering using this firm. They turned up, didn’t even look at my appliance, told me they could fix it but engineer said it wouldn’t last a day, then denied saying it. I’ve complained to Samsung, hopefully they’ll use a more competent repairer in future. We’re well into the third week of waiting and still no sign of it being fixed.

Great service from beginning to end with our faulty Samsung washing machine. Reasonable costs for repairing a 4yr old machine and the staff from ERS were beyond helpful and friendly.

Great service from initial phone call on a Saturday to the repair being completed on Monday morning. Rang with 2 hour time slot as promised. Also lady on the phone was very helpful too. Highly recommended 5* all round.

A problem on Samsung washer drier. Lady on the phone was so helpful (it was great to speak to a person who wanted to help,and not an online form or press 1 and hold for an hour). The engineer fixed the issue really quickly. No parts required. Really honest, professional friendly engineer. Will definitely use again ,but hopefully not too soon. Lovely to deal with people who actually want to give great service.Thankyou .Highly recommend.
