Carrie recently acted for us with a HR issue, very professional from start to finish would highly recommend

I used Carrie’s starter package to write contracts, a company handbook and employee checklist. I found her to be thorough and professional yet personable. Carrie turned the documents around very quickly and made amendments at my request. Carrie also worked out complicated annual leave entitlement for my part time staff during this weird year of on/off furlough. I have since asked her a couple of questions separately and she’s come back to me with answers on the same business day. I am also now included in her general ‘round robin’ emails which contain a wealth of HR advice and tips. It’s reassuring to know I can quickly ping Carrie an email if I have a concern and know that because she knows my business, she’ll get back to me promptly with the information I need... no trawling Google or Gov websites and no sitting on hold to ACAS. I can’t recommend Rosa HR services enough.

Carrie is absolutely fantastic. She did all my contracts for my employee right at the start and then most recently made changes and updates to them that needed to happen in order for them to comply with new laws that have come in since the previous one was done. I will be continuing to use Carrie into the future with all HR services
