Bridget and her team in the service department are helpful, polite and explained all procedures clearly.I dropped my commercial vehicle in for a diagnostic and then followed it up with some systems updates. This was done within a few hours and everything is now working well.Well done Bridget, thanks so much.

Car needed a software update, did take slightly longer then hoped, but I was advised it maybe all day when i phoned to book, but all in all was a smooth and easy experience. Key popped in locker, easy to sort out and write a note on touch screen. I was messaged throughout on car being looked at to when car was ready. Again easy to collect car key with a pin code, make sure you know car reg as well on dropping off and collection of key. Nice employee came to check all was ok both on drop off and collection of my car and did I need any help. I was also offered a hot drink. Happy experience which is always a plus. Worksheet was in car what had been done.

Amazing experience, the service team are outstanding, I needed the car serviced, mot, warranty work , I needed to to France same evening in the car. All work carried out , they are the perfect service team . A special mention to Bridget a superstar ! And of course Kevin , service manager , made it an urgent job, and the whole service team Alan and technicians, recommend to buy a Ford from this dealership. The service is second to none .

This is a complaint, NOT about staff/service at the Hemel branch, but about the new electronic procedures for booking in, out, payment etc. The whole process does NOT improve customer service, it destroys it. The staff at the Hemel branch have always been excellent and helpful. The use of apps/electronic processes is designed to maximise shareholder profits; the result will be making staff at the branch redundant, and a degradation of quality of service. If one has a query about a job? who can deal with it? I have spoken to staff at the Hemel branch, and they are as annoyed about this dehumanising process as are the customers. They feel they no longer have a meaningful satisfying job to do. The sooner this nonsense is binned, the better. Customers want to be able to talk to somebody about their needs: real people can solve problems; the new system leaves everyone frustrated and angry. You may well lose customers who prefer to deal with actual people. I would always have given 5 stars in the past, but there is now not much service to speak of as the staff are actually peripheral - and they feel it. The satisfaction questionnaire about staff helpfulness is largely redundant as there is now sadly little interaction with staff. Dehumanising.
