Crazy that this company will not let you open an account if your not a professional photographer. Very disappointing as i know from experience of seeing their work that they are worth ordering from.Very disappointing customer service.

The quality of their products is fantastic, they take such great care over each album and their customer service is excellent. I have been using SIM Imaging for my wedding albums for over five years. Their albums are beautifully made and my wedding couples love them. SIM Imaging customer service is also excellent. They have been friendly and helpful on the odd occasion that I had a problem.
