Redde Northgate own ChargedEV who supposedly specialise" in electric charge points for cars. ChargedEV's customer service has to be the worst I have experienced and they constantly ignore customer complaints. (read google reviews) I have been waiting for 4 months to have my charger installed and all I get back are excuses and further delays. I hope when Redde Northgate read this review they look into my complaint and resolve ASAP. I will update shortly."

Head office should know this! Arrived at 9:30am for my vehicle service that was booked in at 10am and told it would take 2 hours and advised to wait.I’m still sat here at 2pm and not looking like seeing my vehicle anytime soon.Staff don’t care, don’t apologise and seem oblivious to your presence for over 4 hours.The waiting room is baking hot and there’s no cups in the water cooler. If you want to test your resilience to dehydration, boredom and ignorance towards you then this is definitely the place to come if you want a challenge.
