If you run a business stay clear, i have 5 units there and today they have all gone up by hundreds of pounds, you can still get my units at just a little bit more money than I was paying last month ( every 4weeks really), but if you are a loyal customer they will rip you off, got a quote for the same size unit under a different name and address and it's just a little more, not the hundreds there blackmail me for now, oh and the insurance they sell you, it's a con, got my own today and the price of the unit went up by £200, avoid this rip off company at all cost, you have been warned.

As a foreigner who has been living in London for 10 years, Safestore Chiswick feels like the 2nd home to me, and that shows how good their service is. Whenever I need to find a trusty place to keep my belongings urgently, I would think of them. Their location is central and easy parking, storage room is always clean and flexible, most important of all, the manager and staff are so kind and understanding, even went out of their way to help me during difficult situation, and I can’t thank them enough. Good storage facility just off A4 in Chiswick. Helpful staff. New built, secure and clean building. Limited parking/pull in space is the biggest draw back. Sufficient trollies for getting stuff from your vehicle to your unit.
