I was really concerned about a carpet stain and tried our own commercial carpet cleaner to get rid of it. It didn’t touch the stain. My partner and I were devastated, trying to work out how many hundreds of pounds of damage had been done and whether to make a claim on the home insurance. Then we thought it was worth a few quid to see if a professional company could do any better. Long story short, carpet looks like it did before the accident, the commercial carpet cleaner in the bin, bottle of the company’s product under the sink and Kevin and Doyle’s number saved in my phone, anticipating the next spillage disaster. Cannot recommend enough.

Very good service. Although they couldn't help with our problem this time they tested the rug and told us where we stood. Also delivered rug back to us. Very courteous and efficient.
