Used this BP a few times when staying at the Premier inn. It's cheaper than the Shell station the other side of the roundabout and much much cheaper than the M6 stations.

Would give no stars if I could! Went to pay for fuel and was made to stand and wait several minutes while 2 elderly members of staff carried on what must have been an extremely important conversation to justify staring at me and then ignoring me! Obviously their time was way more important than mine! BP should seriously train their staff in good manners and customer service. Will NOT be using this petrol station again but I'm sure these 2 rude and ill mannered pair couldn't care less!

Just drive on by. Stood outside for 15 mins only to be told they don’t open till 12.30A sign to say that would have been nice.Looks dark and dirty

It's a petrol station with a shop - what more is there to say? Staff are always polite and friendly.
