We were buying our first house, totally overwhelmed and full of anxiety. Any question, no matter how ridiculous it may have been, was dealt with in an incredibly professional and reassuring manner. I'd like to reiterate some previous comments that you hear horror stories when buying a house about having to constantly chase but Sarah at Ives and Co went above and beyond to make sure we were informed every single step of the way. If we move again in years to come i'll be coming back to Ives and Co without any second thoughts.
