Don't bother taking your phone in for repairs, they are full of false promises. I was promised that the phone would be collected the next day and would be repaired within 2 weeks. Eight days later, it was still sat in the store and hadn't actually been sent off yet. Due to an injury, I wasn't physically able to go to the store, so their call centre gave me the direct store number. Four attempts at ringing at various times, no answer. No response to the voicemails I had left and the texts were ignored.I've since read a few reviews on other sites that state that they have taken their phones into this store and they've never been seen again.

Went to vodaphone shop this morning wanted new phone on pay as you go budget unlimited mine cost20 pound a month the guy said we dont sell pay as you go which is a blatant lie as vodaphone say they do but waanted sell me contract at 74 pound a month i walked out advice dont go there

Went to upgrade after contract ended, was set up on a new plan and had a phone ready to be given then they realised someone had reserved it. No problem, one would be at the store within 2 days. Had to set myself as user on hubby's account to enable me to collect and they gave me the OK on this.Went to collect, ritual checks ✔️ then told I can't have it as hubby is named. Despite many attempts to sort, it was only when hubby got through to head office I was allowed it go in and collect.Lack of overall knowledge on reading the notes HO could see, no one would commit to handing over the phone. Will go direct to Vodafone next time and give this store a miss.Utter shambles.

If you need to save your money and nerves - you should not visit this vodafone salon. Absolutely incompetent and indifferent employees. Do you want to make sure of this? Better not to tempt fate.

Called in for a payg SIM card and explained that I did not want to enter into a contract I just wanted a sim that I top up when I need itThe young girl said yes I understandShe then asked for my debit card when I asked her why she wanted it she said it was proof of identityIt turns out that she was trying to put me into a 30 day rolling contract where as I would have to phone them up and cancel my contract if I did not want it after 30 daysSo Beware they will try anything to get you signed up

Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Asked 7 question's and some weren't right? All for a question on why the technician hasn't shown up. Now my senior mother has to go to the shop to unblock her account. A complete joke of a company service. Good luck to anyone who signs up with them
