Great experience from start to finish , georgia was amazing at answering all my questions and showing me round the car. Left a deposit to collect a few days later when I had arranged my insurance. Dealt with Neil on collection who again was very helpful and showed me how to tax my new car. Thanks guys will definitely be back!

Poor communication. Car full of faults. Avoid!!In reply to wheel city motors response.I did offer to buy the car (pending issues being sorted out) as in all fairness I was a bit desperate for a vehicle due to needing to travel 40 miles for work and you were fairly local. My offer was very reasonable as the car was way overpriced as it was. The email I got was will keep you posted" very typical response I.e just several words responses from the get go. Never heard anything since that reply. As it happens I went on to buy an excellent bmw 5 series. 10 times better than the car I viewed at wheel city motors from a different dealership and left them a positive review on google.. their car selling had nothing to do with me leaving a review for wheel city motors. In fact I didn't even realise it had sold until now."

Saw a car online , rang ahead of the hours journey to make sure it was still available , was told by the lady on call that it was definitely availableMade the journey only to be told on arrival that the car was sold months ago !Disgusting that this lady lied about it and we made a long trip for nothing and then didn’t have the decency to call me to explain when I asked her colleague toTerrible customer service from herThe guy was at least truthfulWhat made it even worse is the car was actually on the forecourt with the bonnet up having a repair done as the new owner had problems with itI’m response to the owners replyWe said we were on our way to see the car and the lady said that’s fineWhen we got there we stood for ten minutes as no one was aroundThe guy who came to us was adamant the car was sold weeks ago and was only there as the new owner had retuned it with a water leak hence why it was being worked onI asked to see the lady who we had spoke to as we were really angry that we had been told it was still for sale , he replied ‘she’s not here ‘I asked for a call to explain why this mistake had happened but didn’t get a call , quick enough to reply on the review though !No misunderstanding at all on our partAnd as for us speaking to a mechanic instead of a sales person was our only option as no one was there except him !Please get facts rightClearly we are going to go around in circles as you will not admit to the mistakes made that dayYou say we called you on no caller I’d ??? Funny that as just before we left the house my husband had a call from the sales team but we explained we had spoken to a colleague and we were on the way to see the car as the lady we spoke to had answered our questions about it being available !!Forget it now as I purchased a £5k car later that day in NewportYour car was a good price and we were coming to buy it but unfortunately it wasn’t available it had been sold weeks before and that’s the end of itI won’t back down and I won’t allow you to make out it was our mistake because it wasn’t

Bought a Mini from them in November. 2 days later it had Engine management light on. They came to collect it.Came back and the light came back on again.Again they came to collect it.Light didn’t come back on. All good we thought.Car is in another garage now having an unrelated repair. They have just called to ask us some questions about when and where we bought the car as the Catalytic converter has been removed from the car. They were asking if it had a full MOT when we bought it. Which it did. Which means that either the MOT placed on the car from Wheel city Motors did not have an emissions test done or when they rectified the engine management light they did this by removing the Catalytic converter. Either way. AVOID THIS GARAGE.Following the response from WCM, I can confirm that there is no false information in my review. It went to another garage for an unknown issue that we expected on a car that was £3000 and 14 years old. What we didn’t expect was to be told that the catalytic converter had been cut out of the car. SO if the car passed an MOT at WCM and they are the only garage that has worked on the car before the latest trip to a garage. Then the CAT can only have been removed by them to rectify the Engine Management light that was on. Adding this update just to warn people about what has happened. Either dodgy MOT placed at point of sale or a rather questionable way of rectifying an Engine Management light. NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

The car I purchased had faults since pretty much day 1. Inherited different faults when I received it back that was still persistent after the 6 months warranty ran out. Although they tried (and failed!) to fix these issues they started saying that them seeing the car was a gesture of good will".The car now 10 months on still had the issues they were trying to fix within warranty and were quick to say they have done all they can. They have single handily put me off buying second hand ever again.Quick to take my money

Having recently passed my driving test I was looking for my first car you know something safe,reliable and cheap to tax and to insure of courseI Found this family run used car dealership online and gave them a call to arrange a test drive of a car that I liked the look of and seemed to meet my requirements, but unfortunately the car was a bit too cosy for my stature so I test drove my second choice and bought it there and then.A big thank you for making the whole process of me buying my first car hassle free.I look forward to doing business with you in the future.Kind regardsDeclan
