Ok I've order food for over 5 years Chinese really good but I don't expect frozen chips for meal. U used to have proper chippy chips.what happened.

Just had 2x chip barms awful reheated chips and would say they were frozen, the barms were Burger buns and not Muffins weren't butteredI will be calling in for a refund.

Normally I collect the order and no issues however I ordered a delivery and took well over a hour, no help on the phone and when arrived via a rude delivery guy I was missing the rice and also a carton of uncooked food was in the order... absolutely no help on the phone and put the phone down on me. Eventually after several attempts they said they were sending a replacement rice order out.... not arrived yet and would be useless anyway...

We bought the happy box for £18.50 and it only had 2 ribs in it! The curry sauce clumpy and all stuck together the rice said egg fried and it was just boiled! It was horrible and I really wouldn’t recommend it at all

Nothing special special about the special fried riceOnly chicken and a couple of prawns not even hot took an hour to arriveHoong Shing not doing anything about it ie a refund or a different meal £2 off next order which won't be happeningNo recommendations for here

Amazing service but fish was a bit soggy and the atmosphere was alright overall good for a quick bite for cheap
