Great family run business, but excellent service and superb communication from the first contact until the end of the transaction. The car was in very good condition, as advertised. And Sara was lovely and very helpful. I won't hesitate to contact TLC the next time I'm looking for a used car.

I highly recommend Tom and Sara. Incredibly pleasant and friendly. I bought a used vehicle from them with scuffed alloy wheels, and Tom hardly hesitated in offering to either decrease the price or have the wheels refurbished. I was offered the choice of colour and the end result was immaculate.Tom and Sara care greatly for their customers and the new vehicles that they purchase. A lot of our communication was over the phone due to our distance, and I was not disappointed when I came to see the car in person and drove it home that day with no issues.Couldn’t have a bad word to say about TLC Car Sales if I tried!

Recently bought a truck from TLC, they very kindly accommodated a viewing on a Sunday, there was no pressure to buy and we were given plenty of time to look around the truck, and ended up purchasing it there and then. The after sale care has been flawless and I feel this is something unusual in second hand car sales. Tom & Sara have been faultless and we would absolutely make the 2-3 hour round trip to buy from them again. I feel it’s also worth mentioning that all of the other cars on the forecourt were spotlessly clean!

Bought a car here last week and couldn’t be happier. It’s hard to find automatics locally at a decent price, but TLC really came through. The car is in great condition, and the price was perfect. My wife and I went to see a car yesterday and even though we didn't purchase, I can't recommend Tom highly enough.He took his time to understand our needs, took time to get to know what we were after and then allowed us time to inspect the car at our own pace. No pushy tactics, no pressure and excellent customer service skills.He then was kind enough to allow us both a test drive and was again brilliant with my wife and I.I gave Tom a call later in the evening and explained we weren't going to proceed. He was very understanding and then made some other recommendations. Again no pushiness, but genuine care in our interests.If you are thinking of buying from him, then I'd say please go for it.As I didn't buy, I wouldn't have normally left a review. However as Tom was so fantastic, I felt it would be a disservice not to highlight his great customer care.Neil
