After a recommendation from a friend I visited Tonia for an initial consultation where we discussed a therapy plan regarding a severe wrist injury which I have suffered for many years.After visiting Tonia and cannot express how happy I am with my first time experience of acupuncture, cupping and massage . For the first I’m many years my hand has less stiffness in fingers and less swollen. My wrist which is normally very swollen due very serious injury where I lacerated my wrist due to a serious fall where I hand through a window, as I result all the nerve endings are damaged and are grouped in to huge swollen ball on my wrist.Although I was very sceptical to see whether the procedure would help reduce the pain, swelling and incase the movement. I can honestly say after the first treatment my hand is less tight and my wrist is less painful and not as swollen. I only wish I had taken photos of before and after.I have taken me today to show Tonia how the swelling has gone further. Can’t till next appointment. Thank you again see next week .
