We have loved this shop and its staff forever. Todays experience is a typical and excellent experience. I took my Collie, Will in as a treat to choose some treats. He had a great time picking and choosing, then went behind the till to check we got it all. We did, but will be Back. Thank you for a lovely experience and fabulous treats.

I ordered a cat toy that I've been trying to find for a while. Initially, the toy in stock couldn't be found, but the staff at Pets Pantry called up to let me know and whether I wanted a refund or to wait so they could contact the supplier.Patience was rewarded and the toy arrived yesterday. My cat isn't a fan of toys except t for one from this particular brand that we lost long ago, he loves the new toy :)Thank you to the staff at Pets Pantry for being extremely helpful and accommodating, as well as having fantastic communication. I hope to shop with you again!

I am very impressed with the staff and the principles of this shop. I feel it truly upholds the art of shopkeeping by being informed and informative about the products they sell. They filter the confusing brand noise guiding the customers to buy the right products for their pets but also for the the greater good of community, local economy and environment.

I ordered from Pets Pantry for my puppy food yesterday as my main supplier was having courier issues in the area.I placed the order via the website and within 24 hours the food was at my door and passed to me from a very friendly staff member.Very impressed, and will be using this service time and time again, thank you! :)

I have been a customer at Pets Pantry for several years, as was my late mother prior to myself. We have always found all members of staff to be very knowledgeable, helpful willing and genuinely interested in what is required. Special mention goes to Lynette who when I am concerned or require advice assists me. I speak to her on the phone when ordering my border collie's Quantum lamb and rice which pets pantry suggested that I try for his skin allergies. Its amazing, no issues now and much better than having to use steroids!. Plus natural treats. Delivery is efficient and Richard the driver is highly thought of by my dog. An excellent local family run business with a vast stock and fantastic knowledgeable staff.

Absolutely fantastic service, both in store and online. Karen and Gary went above and beyond to get some puppy food for me when my partner was in hospital and picking up more dog food slipped my mind, opening up on a bank holiday and delivering a bag of food to my door. I'm so pleased to have such a fantastic local pet shop.
