I had my new shutter blinds fitted and am over the moon with the quality, Gary and the young lad who accompanied him were very professional at there job , they were fast and clean workers who were respectful of my home , I would highly recommend Ayrshire blinds to family and friends .

If I could give them minus 5 stars I would! I’ve literally just moved house and made an appointment with this company to come out and measure and install my blinds for me (full house) I went along to their “showroom” the day of my appointment to look at what they had available and pick what I wanted.I’m actually still livid at how I was treated to be honest. The woman in the shop has zero customer services skills whatsoever!! I have a 5 month old baby and like I said just moved home and straight away this woman judges me. Telling her what I would like she kept responding with “well that is very expensive” also asked if my house was council? Why? Your point is exactly? How very rude! So if I live in a council house I can’t afford your blinds? The way she kept looking down her nose at me was so distracting along with everything she kept saying to me I was literally standing there thinking omg I wish I never wasted my time on this company. I’m honestly so angry with how disgusting she is to think she can judge me she doesn’t even know me!! I have a very good job and my partner has his own business which he does exceeding well in! So to sit in your shop and judge a customer that stupidly chose to give you business is appalling! Shove your blinds where the sun don’t shine!Needless to say I left and arranged an appointment with another business who have been more than helpful.I would give this business a wide birth especially if you live in a council house! Hate judgemental people!

I would not recommend this company. I bought 5 blinds from them and when I pulled them up they would not sit even. When I tried to adjust them the child safety catch would spring open and the string would come undone. After several attempts to fix the problems they were going to Glue the child safety clips to stop them opening which is totally illegal. They have refused to refund my £200 deposit as they are a made to measure item despite them being faulty and poor quality.

This is the second time I've used Ayrshire Blinds and Shutters, and honestly I couldn't be happier. I suffer with mental and physical health conditions that made it hard for me to go to their shop, instead the staff went above and beyond, communicating through Facebook messenger, helping with my choices and being beyond accommodating ♡ would recommend them again and again.

Brilliant service from this family firm. All staff are very friendly and efficient. Have used Ayrshire Blinds for many years and wouldn't hesitate to use again.

From the moment we walked into Ayrshire Blinds and was greeted by Techno Claire, we knew we were onto a winner. Claire was so helpful and although we changed our mind several times of what we actually wanted, nothing was a bother and she was so helpful and pleasant and now consider her as a good friend. Because it was a new build home that we were moving into, it was hard to imagine what our blinds would look like and Claire gave us every opportunity to change our minds and also gave us samples for us to coordinate our colour schemes in the house. We could not fault the professionalism of the company and even when we had a slight issue with one of the blinds, it was not a bother for them to come out an fix it within 48 hours. We would definitely recommend Ayrshire blinds to not just family and friends, but to anyone looking for a great product and an exceptional service. Well done Techno Claire and all the staff at Ayrshire Blinds.

This was the first time my wife & me visited Ayrshire Blinds new premises. We were not disappointed. The new arrangement of the types of blinds available was very good, the staff were friendly & helpful without being overpowering.We arranged a visit to our house for measurements & decision on blind type.During this visit (a couple of days later) my wife agreed type & price. A deposit of half the total cost was paid. All in all a pretty painless arrangement.The only point for anybody not familiar with the area is the location of Ayrshire Blinds, it is behind Dekors!!!If you need blinds this company should be at the top of your list.
