End to End of Tenancy Cleaning

I am really happy by finding this cleaning company! I was lucky with booking a suitable time slot in the last moment and big thanks to the customer care team who did their best to assist me.The cleaners were pleasing and mannerly persons who perfectly cleaned my flat. I was really impressed by the organization and the hard work delivered by the cleaners! I will use their end of tenancy cleaning in the future and would recommend them!

Too many glorious reviews lead us to believe and book this company to undertake the cleaning and other services at the rented property. I am afraid our experience has not been a good one and as a landlord I would not recommend them.Cleaning that was performed is 2.5 out of 5. Many obvious places with dusting, cleaning have been missed. Selection of pics attached so judge for yourself. The afterservice is non-existent as we've been chasing since yesterday for cleaners to come back and rectify a long list of issues as per photographic evidence that we submitted - to no avail! Promises are made on the phone, however phone calls have not been returned, do not recommend! On top of that our personal things like toilet paper, handwash liquid and our cleaning sprays were missing after the cleaners finished their work. Whether these have been taken by mistake, I don't know, but I can't get them to even return any of my calls over the past 24 hours. A big no-no!!!Would love to be a happy customer, however for the fees that are charged I would expect a lot better!

SCAM - AVOID @ ALL COST - REPORTED TO POLICEThis company lies and steals monies from customers.They are liars: I booked an end of cleaning 0n 14/06. Their office called me 5 times to pay upfront. I did to Kristiyan Petkov bank details. On 15/06 I called to confirm the job was done. I was told yes it was fully done. On 17/06 I went to the flat. Nothing was done, nobody came at all.They are fraudsters: I called to immediately send someone to clean. After a week no one went. On 24th I just demanded my monies back. We are now the 21st July. They still have not refunded me.For your own sake: avoid this company. It is a disgrace for the whole industry as I will never ever pay any company before the job is done.

I'm renting my other flat, mostly to couples or families with kids. Last year however I couldn't find tenants so I let three college students rent it for six months. I hoped they didn't cause any damage to my property but they didn't keep their promise and left a huge mess when they moved out.I invested their deposit the proper way hiring this company. The professional cleaners did a fabulous job . The cleaning went on for about four hours and the flat was ready for the tours from the estate agency. I will choose my tenants more carefully next time.

The tenancy cleaners were absolute professionals, worked hard and as a result, I didn't have any problems with getting my deposit back. They cleaned every single room from top to bottom and were very efficient, focused and worked hard. The whole property is sparkling clean and tidy. Their end of tenancy cleaning service is very good priced comparing with most cleaning companies in the area. The last time we had to move out, we used their services and the results were very pleasing. 1st time went perfect but this time there was one thing we didn't like - they rescheduled our appointment 2 times. First time for the same day and then for the next... Luckily we didn't wait till the last moment to move out, so it's was fine for us. Never the less we got our deposit back thanks to them as our landlord didn't find even a tiny spot and he also was happy with the condition of the flat. Thank you for the help.

I contacted this company for an end of tenancy cleaning after I moved out because it was a huge mess and I am not very good at cleaning. The cleaners that came performed excellent cleaning and making the apartment look like I have never lived there. Everything was scrubbed from top to the bottom - shelves, window blinds, plots, inside the appliances and even inside the shower head! I had no problems with the landlord on the next day and my deposit was returned. Can’t recommend your end of tenancy cleaning enough!

I've never dealt with a better company. My overall experience was amazing! I was very impressed when the cleaning team arrived on the arranged date and time. They were very friendly and did the job quick but in a perfect way. They asked me to check everything before they leave, which in my opinion was needless because everything was spotlessly clean.In conclusion, I want to say that I'd strongly recommend this company to anyone looking for an end of tenancy cleaning service provided with great attention!

It's always better to live in a bigger flat and that was the main reason why we decided to leave the previous one. As we wanted to leave it in a perfect condition, we started looking for a company that can help us with the cleaning.
