Pan au chocolate was doughy on the inside, sausage roll was cold as if it had just come out the fridge, and they didn't do meal deals or normal discounts cause it's not a high street store". Disappointing start to the morning with 5 hours drive ahead of us

Greggs is a decent venue and they have a regular amount of products. The venue is tiny and they sell out quickly of products and replenishing at risk store has been slow at times recently. There appears to be a lot of newer staff at this venue and they do not appear to be managing the venue to it's best. The covid monitoring at this store is a notice on the counter it does not get enforced and I have been to this store on multiple visits I have made observations that I feel let rise store down. The food is decent as always and there are options. The store reports to be open 24 hours.

Dishonest staff trying to get rid of cold food saying its still warm.I asked if the pasties were still warm and they confirmed that they are. I was given cold pasties. Do you think that I would pay for a cold pasty? If the staff can lie to customers about this then i wonder what else they are lying about.Next time I will be taking some doughnuts for free to see how it feels

Dopey Dorris had us wait 8mins (or so) for pizza slices to cook, then sold them all so when I returned, I was expected to wait another 8mins.I don't know how bright you have to be to remember to put up orders you've sold, but I think Gregg's need to realise that customers grabbing a quick bite don't have all day to put up with bad service.

Wonderful, kind & friendly and helpful staff - called in to Tamworth services yesterday at about 6 pm and a lovely lady - Emma - was very kind, friendly and helpful ~ she saw I was struggling with some purchases from M & S and she suggested I have a Greggs carrier bag as my hands were full and was dropping things ~ she was a 5 star lady and exceptionally kind ~ thank you Emma.
