I have been at this gym since the day it opened so seen many staff come and go most who have been very friendly and welcoming but the past year the new group of staff has got to have been one of the best so far,great group of people and always made to feel comfortable and welcome.

Snap Fitness St. Austell
At first I was sceptical about joining a gym because I didn't really like a gym environment or know what each machine was and how to use them. However, on meeting Personal Trainer Jodie Byrne, I had a good chat with her about my fears and she made me feel at ease and gave me friendly advice and support to help maintain my fitness and nutritional levels.I now attend Snap Fitness for 1-2-1 PT sessions with Jodie and group classes which are hard work but enjoyable.Highly recommend

Left my gym and recently joined Snap Fitness lost my swimming option but counterbalance is the real flexibility of the 24/7 and the ability to access sites across the country. The St Austell facility today was very welcoming thanks to the staff. The facilities are excellent well laid out. So far so good Snap Fitness.

Be VERY cautious signing up to this gym. The customer support on ending a membership is one of the worst I've ever experienced. All 4 of us who signed up here together have had issues, one even got charged months after cancelling and had threats of debt collection despite being in contact several times before he hired representation.The gym itself is well equipped, never bothered with the trainers however, be aware of the cancellation policy.

Main gym is good with lots of equipment, friendly staff and weights up to 50kg.Let down by the lack of classes, used to love doing early spin pre covid, other facilities have there classes back but there are no classes for people who work any more, there daytime classes have been cut to 30mins which seems very short. Considering if to stay or transfer.

I've been using this gym since May 2020 and specifically having PT sessions with Jodie. She's been fantastic in helping me gain confidence in going to the gym as well as effectively teaching me how to use the equipment. She's also been very accomodating towards my health and my goals which has meant a lot to me. Would definitely recommend :)

Decent size, good range of equipment, friendly staff (although a little hard to catch sometimes), seemed well cleaned & well look after. Was nice and quiet the couple of times I went & a good atmosphere.Believe it's 24 hours & once you've got a membership card you can let yourself in and out whenever.Validated parking too for the multi-story attached so easy access.Good wheelchair access & machines are adjustable to accomodate.Didn't try a class but imagine it's similar enough to many others. Can't comment on the instructors though.

Snap Fitness St. Austell
Staff are friendly and helpful. Current PTs are really helpful and kind. Definitely try the classes. Jay always welcomes you with a big grin and a hello. He's happy to help if you're unsure on anything, even if it is just about how to use equipment. They all also help out with spots sometimes and like to know how you're getting on with your fitness journey. Have lots of hints and tips for you, or may recommend PT session.
