The customer service is extremely poor. Despite an auto response email saying they’ll get back to you within a specific timeframe, it takes weeks and several emails before you get a generic reply. I have been told to call them to arrange a repair for my hob (which hasn’t worked at all for months now) but they never pick up the phone! I have spent hours over several attempts and not once have I got through to someone, just permanently held in a queue. I emailed to explain the predicament and was told that calling was the only option. I tried again before Christmas just to get an automated message saying they’re closed for staff training. Called again today and there’s another message saying they’re not making appointments for out of warranty repairs at the moment! So frustrated. Lesson learnt: DO NOT BUY A STOVES PRODUCT

First contacted the company to fix our warmer draw November 2020, paid a fixed fee 6th December 2020 and after several failed attempts to fix our appliance we have just been told hopefully end on March for the correct part to arrive! No one from the company has kept in touch with us absolutely disgraceful they take your money and don’t solve your problem. Would never recommend this company or use them again.

Did not honour a booking on the correct day. They claimed it was booked for another day despite having confirmed by text. They rebooked for the following day but did not turn up or even contact the customer with a reason or apology. The company is a cowboy organisation. Avoid.

I would like to say a big thankyou to all the staff at home appliance care. I was kept informed of the necessary steps to mend our gas fire, ( new parts being supplied) by a gentleman called Eddy, who couldn't have been nicer. Mark, the engineer came when promised and did an excellent job. I dont know how this firm could possibly improve their service. Thankyou all.

I paid £155 for them to come out and repair my Belling range cooker .Had to wait two weeeks for them to come. Only to be told they could not repair it. They wont give you full refund. They gave me £36 back and said the call out charge of £99 plus vat was not refunable.They must make a fortune with this tactic. My advuce dont use them. They take your money in advance if you have any problems it a nightmare ringing them to get any money back.

Engineer was helpful but couldn’t repair my stoves oven. Charged £118 to tell me that, absolutely shocking!!!Apparently the parts for my oven are obsolete! They new the model before the visit so would have been aware of this!Obviously a way to make a quick buck, I’m disgusted!

I don’t know who’s driving a 19 plate van for this company but in queuing traffic down a small road in Pontefract the driver has gone on the wrong side of the road while traffic is coming made the traffic reverse then pulled in further up, I wouldn’t usually make a fuss but I’m currently on the way to hospital as my partner is in labour yet I’m not driving about like that.

This firm is totally disorganised and has a couldn't care less attitude to customer service.Although web site says repairs will be effected in 2 days it was 10 days before they could book an engineer to come out. Nice chap arrived but had been given incorrect information regarding fault although he did get the dishwasher working. However this only lasted for one programme. Rang the next day and was assured an engineer would arrive that day. No engineer appeared and the excuse was he had failed to pick up the call out. Engineer rebooked for 3 days later. No word by lunchtime so I rang the service department who said the call out had been re booked for the following week although not with my agreement. Then went on to say an engineer would definitely call out that day as arranged, Rang mid afternoon to be told the job had been given to the wrong engineer. Asked for my money back as I had wasted 3 days already. Told manager not available. The answer to every question I asked was 'don't know'. Asked for call back from manager but by the evening yet again no contact. Rang at 5.15 and demanded my money back and told they would have to investigate and they would let me know. As we already knew what the answer was ie they had told me i demanded that a decision should be made immediately. lo and behold all monies refunded. Dishwasher going to the scrap yard.

I spoke to an adviser about purchasing a carbon filter for the extractor fan . Gave my model number and she said she found the right one. Unfortunately.ate when it arrived it was not the case. I followed their return policy and am still waiting for my refund which has been over 3 weeks now. I have emailed them but no reply.Wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase from them .
