Confetti Magic Ltd

We used Confetti Magic to hire two UE-500 Foam cannons and two confetti cannons as well as CO2 blasters for a school end of year party. All I can say is that it was just amazing!!! The staff who came with the equipment arrived 4 hours before the event to set up, they were the height of professionalism and really nice people to get along with, they literally supported me to plan the layout of the day. The equipment that they provided and set up was the best we have ever hired and they manned the whole system and got involved in the full event. We called our event 'Wowbiza' and I think the pupils felt they were actually in Ibiza. Staff were all complimentary about the guys and there wasn't any disappointment at all in any of their service. The pupils at the school had the most amazing day/ foam party and I think they will be talking about it for years to come. We hired 2 t-shirt cannons for an BT/Openreach Manager Event at the NCC in Birmingham.They absolutely made the event and the audience loved them. I think it's fair to say that these are going to be a staple at all events from now on.Thank you Ian and the team!

These guys are the best their service is the way a business should be. Customer service is awesome and they really look after you. Good team. you must use these guys they're Magic!!

Initial emails with Ian were promising. He was very helpful in helping me chose the best option for my wedding day and was very responsive. We hired the remote controlled confetti canons which were posted to us with printed instructions. On the day when being set up, during the test run while following instructions step by step, the canons misfired early.I emailed the company a week prior to my wedding to double check delivery and collection date. I was not told a specified collection date and on my wedding day received a notification from the courier saying the canons were being collected next day, not allowing us time to arrange for someone to be in for this.Had the canons not misfired they'd have been perfect, the confetti was as requested and fired well despite misfiring. Going forward the company need to specify and confirm collection dates with people prior to the day of the event.

Hired on behalf of my company - Very easy service, delivered with plenty of time to spare. Hired the single shot cannons which were very effective and very pleased with the end result, would suggest buying a couple of spare cartridges so you can get your cannon positioning 'bang' on for the main event!

Needed some accessories for a couple of glitter cannons we have had for some years(originally from Confetti Magic).Ian responded very quickly, Sent us the prices for the accessories and on confirmation of what we required Sent them through with couriers APC.Great service, thanks again Confetti Magic.Dave.

Great place for novel party stuff

Thank you so much for your lovely help, very professional, didn’t know what I wanted just explained to Ian what I needed and he recommended the exact item that was suitable for my event. Good but also expensive

We could not of had a better level of service from Ian at Confetti Magic, firstly he was very helpful in helping us decide what was an appropriate fit for our wedding day, it was a simple booking process and to top it off, when our wedding had to be cancelled due to covid, he dealt with it in such a human, kind and understanding way, not all suppliers are like that and for that we are very grateful and cant wait to actually be able to book with them soon! Thank you Ian :-)
