I called yesterday and ordered 3 lengths of black sparkle quartz worktops. It was delivered within 24 hours. The sales team were excellent. The delivery team were on time helpfull and very curtious. I will definitely recomend their services to anyone who wants good quality materials and excellent service. Thank you so much for the worktops I absolutely love them.

Amazing service from the time we stepped into the showroom until the kitchen was fitted. The kitchen itself was a fantastic product..... and the whole team went out of their way to ensure we had the best service. We were lucky to find such a marvellous company and would highly recommend to anyone.

I attended the showroom two weeks ago. They were not welcoming. I emailed twice to sales no reply. I telephoned twice 07/11/2023 no reply. I called 08/11/2023 I asked for an appointment. The first thing I got was a big sigh unbelievable I hung up. I've had 3 calls back your blocked and I'll stick with my Howdens appointment on 13/11/2023. Customer service needs looking at.

Great service from start to finish! Showroom is well presented and clean with a lot on offer.The lady at the sales desk (sorry I still can’t remember your name!!) was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble - she kept us informed at every step, ordered stock in and delivered within 2 working days by 2 gentlemen that were very helpful.I will recommend Barlows to all! We will no doubt be back in the future when making renovations, thanks again to all of you.

Barlow boards all kinds of kitchen worktop from resin to solid surface to chipboard to stone. Helpful staff dedicated planners there to help. They can make kitchen doors to match your existing prices are very reasonable good variety of colours and accessories. I would 100% recommend check these guys out of u need any kitchen bits.

I ordered a set of kitchen cabinets here. It cost me over 6k,After the installation, there were three unused parts, the original packaging, and I asked for repayment and was rejected, so I felt very unreasonable and would not go back to place an order.Your designer should not recommend unused parts to customers, no customer will appreciate such a service.

A life saving shop that sells everything you may need for new or existing kitchens. We need some new worktops and Barlow's were the cheapest in Birmingham by far. They even delivered the 3m worktops the same day for the regular delivery charge. Staff are very friendly and are eager to help to make things easy for you. Recommend to friends and family.
