SelectSurv undertook a level 2 survey on a property we are purchasing. Everyone was I spoke to was helpful, professional and efficient. They were proactive in arranging the appointment and liaised quickly with the estate agent to gain access to the property. The report itself is detailed enough to give us the comfort we needed about the purchase whilst being easy to follow. Highly recommended, thank you.

SelectSurv did a very thorough job on a property i was buying.I was very much impressed with the work they did.And because it was raining the day of the survey, the were able to include the how rain was draining into one of the rooms, for most the issue they raised they suggested how they could be resolved. very happy with them and will use them again.

SelectSurv were absolutely amazing! I had a buildings survey done and Scott's wealth of experience was very clear via his report and our follow up call to go through my queries. His findings/recommendations were concise and referred to specific issues/reasons, rather than a vague reference to getting another specialist in to investigate as I have seen with many other surveying companies. This put my mind at ease and was worth every penny. A special shout out also to Lyn and Chantel for being so responsive and reliable throughout!

Broadly decent!SelectSurv are very responsive, polite, and accommodating, and make everything as clear as possible.The survey we received was comprehensive, but felt relatively generic with a lot of sections padded out with 'what perfect would look like' - this is only useful to a certain extent with old London property.We were a bit frustrated that our survey noted the extractor fan in the property wasn't working, only for the seller to send us a video of it working perfectly - no harm done, but it felt like a basic thing to miss

SelectSurv provided a very thorough buildings survey for me in February 2023 and I regret that it's taken so long for me to provide a review. This is no reflection on their service, just me not being organised. I was pretty surprised at the length and detail of the survey - not having had one done before - absolutely everything was covered. They were charming and helpful in all contact with me and went the extra mile. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

We had a level 2 survey conducted for the purchase of our first home and we were really impressed with the service. Chantel was so helpful and always quick to respond. Booking a date for the inspection was easy and efficient. The report was returned very quickly, was comprehensive and clearly outlined everything we needed to know about the property. SelectSurv were fantastic from the beginning - prompt responses, clear terms and prompt survey. They also did a valuation and were upfront with the discount as they had already seen the house. The Survey was carried out in a timely manner and the Report shared was clear and thorough. What we really appreciated was the post survey service. We sent across many queries at different points in time and all were answered promptly. Definitely recommend it.

SelectSurv performed a Level 3 survey. They were very quick in scheduling the viewing and providing the report. The report itself was easy to understand with clarifications whether the findings were material or were to be expected for a property of the type. Lastly SelectSurv was quick to respond on the few items where we requested additional clarification.
