Not good. First time for a hair colour. Left the salon with a brown dye all around my forehead I asked why she said it's normal it will come off in a couple of hours. The whole experience was awful. Next day I cried. Paid £98 for nothing. This happened last December and my hair is so dry/frizzy it's never been the same. I'm yet to get it corrected but still shy of having it done.

Went to get some layers added to my straight cut from a different hairdresser. Hannah was great she washed my hair, blow dried it and even added some serum at the end. Great price too

Lovely salon, nicely decorated, friendly team. I had highlights cut and blow dry, lots of discussion to make choices to suit me. Reasonable prices too.Under new ownership and full of ideas and great offers.Highly recommend

Worst salon I’ve ever been to. Asked me to remove my red hair at home and come back for a strand test , they told me they’ll do the test straight away but called me two days later an hour before my appointment to let me know that they can’t dye my hair and that I should go to another salon. My hair looks awful and tomorrow I have to go to an event .very unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been going to this salon for years and have always come out with fabulous results. In particular Kerry and Laura always provide excellent customer service by helping me decide what the right colour is and we recently achieved the exact colour I was going for. Would definitely recommend!
