Brilliant session as always. First class one to one instructor, Christian Percival. Pad work.I'm a 58 year old femail & my son is 32. We both think Dragons gym is an amazing place. Very well ran. No ego's, every level of skill working towards their own goals.

Proper Muay Thai gym with attached CrossFit gym adjacent. Excellent, genuine and friendly trainers. No prentense. No nonsense. Prepare for hardwork! Thoroughly recommend!

First time at a martial arts or boxing gym of any kind. I'm a older guy and everyone is just so unbelievable friendly and helpful. There is no egos that you find in most gyms. If you have thought about going do you won't regret it.

Great gym for all levels of kickboxing. If your a beginner and worried, dont be great friendly atmosphere that really cultivates your confidence. The one to one sessions are awesome worth the money and definitely accelerates development in both fitness and techniques

Highly recommend getting your self down. Biggest thing is walking through the door and you are made to feel welcome. The instructors are brill and give you plenty of pointers without making you feel stupid and give you plenty of encouragement. Well worth the money and time and effort.

Wonderful gym, made to feel completely welcome. I was a complete beginner, started it in my 30s. Feel more and more competent and its helped me lose over 25kg in the process.Hard work, gruelling at times but a fantastic bunch of people.

It's amazing! Christian is welcoming and so patient and skilled. The time flies by, your very focused and the work is all different and keeps it interesting and the adrenaline up. I am a huge new fan. Cannot recommend it enough for a total workout! Pippa
